Each trip is led by an experienced marine biologist and educator. You’ll have access to our touch tanks so everyone will experience marine life with hands-on learning. Along the way our guide will point out sea birds, sea turtles, and other wildlife as well as, interesting and historic sights.     Departs dock at 10:00 am and returns at 12:00 pm

    1 PM Whale and Dolphin Watching: The sheer power and beauty of a breeching whale is an once in a lifetime experience. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to see the world’s most powerful mammals as they surface around the Atlantic Star. Dolphin watching and bird viewing are part of this guided tour by our marine biologist. Departs dock at 1:00 PM and returns at 4:00 PM. Adults-$40.00 Juniors (6-12) –

    6 PM The Original Sunset Buffet Dolphin Cruise: True relaxtion in just a cruise away aboard the Atlantic Star. You’ll cruise past the US Coast Guard Base, Commercial Fishing Fleets, Cape May Harbor, The Lobster House, Fisherman’s Wharf, and the Schooner “American.” Then, as the sun begins to set, you’ll travel through the Cape May Canal which connects the Atlantic to the Delaware Bay. With the backdrop of Sunset Beach, the historic sunken ship, and the Cape May Point Lighthouse, you’ll witness the magnificient sunset! Departs dock at 6:00 PM and returns at 8:45 PM.

    Depart the Miss Chris Marina on a voyage into the unknown- at least for you. Captain Jeff and his seasoned crew will take you into the Delaware Bay, and the Atlantic Ocean. The Delaware Bay Estuary is a sancuary for many species of Marine Life. The unique confluence of fresh and saltwater make for a nutrient rich area teaming with life and conduscive to whale and dolphin activity. Unlike other areas, where the whales are far away, many of our sightings occur within the Delaware Bay or within ten miles of land. The excursion is fully narrated by your Captain who will point out local history along with many types of marine life. 10 AM – 2 hour dolphin cruise, 1 PM – 3 hour whale and dolphin cruise, 6:30 PM 2 hour dolphin cruise with optional dinner. Runs March thru December. Also offers dinner cruises, sunset cruises, and lighthouse cruises.

Our captain will expertly maneuver you to our mammal friends’ favorite fishing spot. Your family will have the time of their lives watching the dolphins glide and cavort alongside the Silver Bullet. You’ll also see many types of marine life and pelagic birds along the way. Of course, there’s nothing like a Silver Bullet tan, so be sure to pack the sunscreen.     Hop aboard one of our fantastic narrated Whale/Dolphin Adventure Cruises every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 12:00 PM noon to approx. 4:00 PM beginning June 13, 2012 through August 31, 2012. Note: Additional trips on Saturdays and Sundays in September 2012 may be added. Please check back with us as we get closer to the end of Summer 2012. Join us, the original New York City Whale/Dolphin Watchers, as we head out into the Atlantic Ocean and seek out these beautiful mammals. We suggest you bring a regular camera, video camera and / or binoculars if possible. Children will be encouraged to participate in helping our crew take the official whale and dolphin count.
